[Resolved] KFC Selling Nuggets with No Free Sauce? Edit: McDonald's Don't Sell 24 Nuggets after Midnight

When I check the maccas app, it now no longer offers 24 nuggets for $12. This used to be a great way to spend the 20% off deal. Now the equivalent price is 50% more expensive on a per-nugget basis. Is this the case for others?

Also at KFC, I had a deal for 30 nuggets. Apparently it is now a thing that they sell this many nuggets and it doesn't come with any sauce. You can buy it extra for 60 cents per packet. Some deals come with sauce and some don't. If you ask for it in store, they won't give for free because the deal doesn't include it.

I am very alarmed by these findings.

    I don’t think Maccas do 24 nuggets for $12 past midnight. Maybe they used to. They do that deal I think from 10.30am to 11.59pm every day.

      Yeah, we got caught out on this when we tried to buy the $1 ice-creams at 10.20am one morning. Doesn't kick in until 10.30am.

      Yeah still there in the app, you can go down the bottom of the menu and tap change menu to see breakfast, regular or overnight menu

        Yes it is but you just can’t order it unless it’s regular menu time.

      Hahaha you are right. 24 nugget deal is back now. I jumped the gun due to checking after midnight. Only the kfc problem is outstanding.

    I don't know people realize this. They no longer provide Orange Juice as they replaced that with cordial while increasing the price of that product by about 50% compared to last year. It used to be my breakfast staple with pancakes and you normally would have to add only 50c to get the equivalent drink with OJ. Now with cordial, you have to pay about $1 extra.

    Not sure they are doing this in anticipation of Wendy's coming in and squeeze the juice while they can or something else.

    Maccas nuggets taste like soap
    KFC is the only retailer whose ap I chose to install simply to get the amazing PHAT deals, I am happy to pay 60c each for 2 sauces when getting a good deal

    Gotta admit, I'm impressed by OPs ozbargain commitment. Buying maccas at 1am and not just taking whatever they can get. And coming here to complain about it.

    Anyway, just checked my app, 24 nuggs for $12 is still there.

    I can't get my head around McDonald's pricing, even with the 20% off over 10 dollars, it's still a rip off.

    Got a soft serve for 80c and I'm like bruh.

    Maccas don't sell the cheap 24 pack after midnight because all the stoner's get the munchies :-)
