Just be careful, I bought the L'Oréal product advertised yesterday and it tracked at 0.7% instead of 30% Called the store to cancel immediately

    • So did mine (La Roche-Posay)

    • My bonus cashback (I bought la Roche-posay) came in a separate line item either a few hours after or the next day. Did you check with the shopback support or gotyourback before cancelling your order assuming it's an eligible product?

      • I couldn’t bother as it could be a long process to get them fix it. Last month MyDeal upsize 18% Cashback didn’t track and I lodged missing Cashback request but still no update. Lost $40 :(

        • Oh okay fair enough. Maybe reach out on gotyourback via pm on ozbargain. They're the shopback rep and they're quite responsive

Don't bother with cashbacks from Chemist Whorehouse.

    • For chemist warehouse, normally I prefer to use TopCashBack given its 5% standard rate
but using shopback is still quite good when combine with Westpac additional cashback
been a few time with 10%+1% cashback in chemist warehouse with no issues in tracking
(Westpac cashback tracking email comes separately to standard one)

  • I always wondered how these multi-rate, brand-specific cashback offers worked, and if mixed orders would actually track properly.

If you were wanting to buy some products across a few different brands, I'm guessing it would probably be safest to split out your order by brand, so that each order only consisted of products of the same brand

My Chemist Warehouse cashbacks come through as a separate items - one cashback entry per item.

      • Ah really? That's good to know. I guess that makes sense and would allow them to assign out the right rates of cashback. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻
