  • Cheap, no issues.
    Put my mother on a $9 plan with unlimted calls text /1gb data ayear ago and no issues.

  • IIRC, data speeds are capped at 25Mbps which put me off, otherwise I would have tried them

    • Woah..25mbps !!! Seriously.. it’s good that I have seen this comment.. if it’s still the case I’ll go with boost or woolies sim

  • I have avoided them based on the bad things I have heard on here.

  • They have been around for a while now i guess and hopefully have cleaned up their act.

    All i remember was them continuing to bill once cancelled and weasel wording in the fine print with regards to the actual pricing structures

  • I was with Circles for a few years a few years ago. No issues. I'd heard stories about people experiencing problems porting out, but for me it was a straightforward process. I haven't seen any ads for this company for quite a while. Assumed they had left the market.

  • I was an Optus customer and changed to C-L. Same cellular service, just cheaper. Didn't hear a word from them about the Optus outage.

  • No issues on my end, they use Optus. Been with CL for approx 2 years now.

    Easy to port in, they usually have great hidden deals if you can find them.

    Be prepared for customer service to have cookie cutter responses, I don't expect alot of a company that offers low prices.

    • Are you still using CL ? What’s their data speed ?

      • Nah, switched to Moose approx 3 months ago. My promo ended.

        The data is good for CL as they use 4G Optus. Moose enables 5G

  • Their offering sounds fine. However they tend to make claims that sound absolutely nonsense.
    1. Don't buy a local SIM, buy our roaming pack, but they also sell SIM cards at Sydney Airport;
    2. Drops MMS support because of scams, when phone and internet scams also spreads
    3. We prevent bill shock by capping your expense at $150 per day (search for "bill shock"). Seriously?

    • How is the network ? Data speed ?
