Where is the cheapest place to fix my Samsung Galaxy s2?

Hi all, okay so I've had my Samsung Galaxy s2 with a vodafone plan of $59per month and cracked the lcd screen after I dropped it on a tiled floor back in January. Since then I've been overseas and had forgotten to take it with me to get it fixed. So now where is the cheapest place now to get it fixed? Or should I just sell it on ebay?
Please let me know your thoughts as it's much appreciated and I'm hopeless with technology.

    For my Defy I didn't find anywhere cheaper than $140, but a kit to do it yourself on ebay started at $15. Might be different for your phone, but that information might give you an indication.

    thanks all, my friend works at samsung so i just gave it to her, see if she can get the team to fix it, trying my luck :)
