Its supposed to be a sensory experience, you really do float entirely in the water due to the salt content. Very interesting experience imo, they blast some sensenural music through the water as well

Careful. Did that with my gf. While it's a cool experience, she got tinnitus from the salt getting in ears.
you're meant to wear the earplugs, free on first time.
I've never come across that before. Highly suspect this is not the norm.
I have done numerous floats (without earplugs) and been totally fine.

i emailed the store about the issues and the times i want and they booked it for me the morning.
