  I found the connection through the Chrome extension spotty at times.
  
  That being said, their Support is very prompt and can be quite helpful, albeit heavily relying on a script of sorts.
  
  I eventually ended up asking for a refund (despite the 98% cashback), as I couldn't get it work on OpenVPN on Linux.
  The refund process though, was very very painful. Took me about 7 emails back and forth until they finally refunded me.
