Hello everyone first time posting here, I am reaching out to see what people reckon is a good deal for buying 3d printer 1.75mm filament, I recently bought a anycubic kobra 2 plus last week, only only 3kg filament left would really like to stock up on some including different colours why I learn to process of this hobby!

Can recommend Siddament, especially if getting a few rolls to soften the shipping.
They are cheap. Quality ok?
Quality is fine. He's cheap because he's a sole-trader with low overheads.
He's also very active here and on discord, and refreshingly transparent. Lets us know if a particular filament batch has humidity issues, etc.
As dak61 mentioned, he's investing a lot and should have standard colours always in stock shortly.
I've been watching them for at least 6 months and have never seen them have stock of any of the common utility colours (black, white etc). I keep seeing them recommended but they don't seem to restock very often if at all.
He announced a few weeks ago that he had extra funding and was going to have a much larger inventory. product is good but is annoying having to preorder.
Also check out Jayo on Ebay. They have a 10 for 6 offer and occasionally have discount codes, I recently got 10 rolls of PLA delivered for $130.
Look up the recent eBay deals and then when there's a good coupon and decent stock levels go for the 10 roll type of deals.
I started small at the start, thinking of only getting the colours I'd want to play with (black, white, common orders like red, blue…). Except now more than a couple of dozen rolls later I've spent waaay more than I needed to had I bought it all of these different colours in one go.
I end up getting the sunlu buy some get some free options from eBay.
