I paid with PayPal, as the deal states you need to, so I’m not sure if it works with other payment methods.
Total needs to be $99 before discount only. I paid $85.40 for 12 meals ($7.12 per meal). You can subscribe in order to receive free shipping, but there is no commitment (cancel after your order ships if you don’t wish to purchase any more meals).
