Have purchased 2 sets of ear buds and found both to be uncomfortable in my ears and continually fall out. Anyone care to recommend some cheap ear buds that are comfortable and will fit into a smaller ear canal.

I have the same problem and I decided to purchase a $20 pair from kmart and they are the best fit I have ever had.
I am sure the sound won't be as good as more expensive ones but I tend to lose mine so at least they are cheap to replace and I use them mainly for podcasts so sound quality is fine for me

It might be worth trying out some different styles of tips.
Comply tips for example are often recommended.
Yup, I will recommend them. They squish down pretty good to insert in the ear canal. They are like memory foam. You need to get the ones that match the earphones you buy.
You can buy memory foam tips that squish into any ear canal size.
Try those with similar shape as Airpods Pro, they uses the ear concha to hold the buds.
