how this compare to the ender 3 range of printers?
This one is less tinkering, with built in self auto leveling and flex plate included
Are any further price drops expected during black friday?
I picked one of these up during Prime Day for about $100 more than this and have been pretty happy with it (aside from this big price drop on a "sale" price). Fairly easy to use for a first time user, just take the time to do a calibration before getting started (I followed a youtube video, the out of the box settings weren't quite right so I would have had some printing quality issues). Only been about a month but I already feel like I've gotten enough value out of it to justify the cost. Keep in mind you will need to buy some filament, it only comes with a sample size that's enough for a small test print and pretty much nothing else.
TLDR: Great entry level printer at an excellent price, just calibrate before using.
