Other sources of primos that are currently available:
- 'discover teyvat' web event - doesn't matter which options you select, you'll have more than enough to get all the rewards including 30 primos
- furina's web event - 40 primos
- twitch event - 30 primos for 'watching' 2 hrs of someone playing genshin. Personally I reduce the quality to 180p, mute it and put it in the corner somewhere while I do other things until the timer is up. Don't bother with the 'streaming' rewards, it's extremely time consuming and the rewards are limited

Got Furina and Splendor of Tranquil Waters (her signature weapon) using just the free gems and Starglitter/Stardust exchange.

… Meanwhile, my story progress is still back at around the start of Chapter II: Act IV.
