Getting the same error, all my family members. It's saying no matching data found.
I gave them a call and they said others have been calling in with the same issue, they recommended to sending a summary of the error and screen shots to [email protected] which I have done, will keep you all posted how I go

Checked with their support over the phone. Was told that VIP accounts are not eligible for spin & win LOL. You have to have normal account. What a joke! If you get less benefits, what's the point of having VIP account? Doesn't make sense. LG logic. Weird
That's a crock of sh*t from their support, I have a normal account and it's giving me the same error.
I'm thinking their tech team have stuffed this up and will probably fix it after receiving a zillion emails and calls about it.
Anyhow will try again in a few hours and see how it goes.

For those who have gotten it to work — what was your discount? I've seen a 20% and a 10% so far. I'm reading on Whirlpool this seems like the standard.
I can't see how that's worth it, they're anyway 10% - 20% more than the retailers when retailers like jb hi fi have sales
can stack when LG site itself does discounts. that's what we're here for…. plus I got cashback too last time, even tho code wasnt listed on CR

Here's what my pre-work math has told me to expect (near or about) for Black Friday target prices:
LG G3 65" $3500
LG G3 55" $2500
LG C3 65" $2500
LG C3 55" $2000If we apply that to current LG listed website prices, you'd require this level of discount to make that worthwhile (rounded to nearest discount limit listed on LG SpinAndWin):
LG G3 65" $5299 listed > $3500 target = 40% for $3179.4
LG G3 55" $3499 listed > $2500 target = 30% for $2449.3
LG C3 65" $4299 listed > $2500 target = 40% for $2579.4
LG C3 55" $3299 listed > $2000 target = 40% for $1979.4TL;DR If you're not rolling a 40% off on SpinAndWin it's not worth it, you'll likely be better to wait and get it from retailers.
The only exception seems to be the LG G3 55" which itself is redline discounted currently on retailers and LG. This is the true deal here. It makes sense since I can't imagine the highest-end TVs selling out when they're only 55" (65" is the new standard size; see: QD-OLED last year and general industry data). It could also mean the G3 55" gets even cheaper to $2100 level if 40% applied later at Black Friday.
Initial disappointment on broken website and lowball 10-20% coupons aside (that seems to be the most common at the moment — see Whirlpool), what SpinAndWin has done is validated the math above for me. I'm confident that the above target price is accurate on Black Friday expectations for now, happy for feedback to tweak further.

If LG site itself does discounts for BF, then S&W % coupon should stack (at least did with prior S&W promos…. havent checked TCs of this most recent one though).

I'm one of the unfortunates who can't login. I emailed [email protected] with a forwarded email from the promo (proof I'm registered) letting them know the error code (proof it's broken) and they responded they let the appropriate team know. It's been 4 days and still no resolution.
Has anyone received a 40/50/60% voucher? If so, please speak up just to give confidence that there's any deal worth applying for here. I'm thinking at this point this is just BS and a dump of 10/20/30% pre-Black Friday, might just give up.
I was only just recently able to get through to spin the wheel and received a 40% code on my first spin surprisingly. Got a 20% on my second spin. That said I know ~8 others that have spun twice and the maximum received was one other 40% code.
Not to say it's not possible - just figure it's quite rare.

However, as of 16/11, seems to be working fine.I span 2 x 20% coupons. My wife got 40% and 20%!!
