Having Problems Making a Twitter Account

Please help.

When I try to create a Twitter account - it will not confirm my account as I click that silly "mouse" thingy. When it shows a number on the left and number of cheeses in the mouse maze. When I get them all correct, twitter says "it seems Not right"

What is the problem?

  Twitter is using Optus hardware..

  Your IP or device most likely got flagged as suspicious by their bot mitigation, maybe try signing up via mobile or tablet app. Or use a different browser.

  A few things

  • Nobody likes it when you use more than one question mark or exclamation mark in a row - especially if you use them after a space
  • Why are you asking OzBargain for advice signing up to a completely different website. Have you tried contacting X/Twitter
  • Have you looked at the dozens of results of this google search
  • Do you already have an X/Twitter account with your phone number
  • Have you tried using a different name/browser/incognito
