    I've bought Persona 5 at least three times and I still don't have the latest version with better 4k or whatever is new about it. Some ragrats.

      I got all P5 and P5R Edition. Dont know why I bought P5R PS5 when they were posted on OZB recently. Persona is a great series. Thanks to Vita for introducing me to the series.

        I never finished it because there was always a better version on the horizon. But I paid full price for the three copies I have, can't really justify buying it again. And it just left gamepass iirc. I wish they would let you upgrade previous editions.

  Low risk? Kinda. I've definitely had them fail to honour price updates on pre-orders when the price was further reduced. Even after waiting 24 hours

    Mixed question; It's a complete ground up remake and will play in the same engine/visual style of P5 with modernised mechanics.

    However you know how Persona 5 has the "Royal" version with the new characters and extra semester content of about ~30 additional hours? Well P3 had a similar expanded release at the time with extra goodies, expanded post-game epilogue ending, entire female protagonist playthrough etc - except this remake doesn't include any of that stuff which has caused some ruckus from the fans.. :/

    Still definitely worth picking up if you're a P5 fan and new to this one since it's considered by most to be one of the best of the series, just a shame it's not the whole 'everything edition'.
