However they take too long to ship, ordered on 25 October and still has not shipped anything.

I have used their products but bought from other retailers, iherb etc.
Did you try contacting them?
avoid them at all cost, i bought from them . they did not ship for 3 weeks + . they are probably a scam.
Every week they told me:
"Your order has yet to ship due to an issue in our warehouse that has caused the item to not be shipped whilst still being on released status to which we can only apologise and has been passed over to the relevant team to be shipped as soon as possible. I can confirm that our team has acknowledged this and are working as fast as possible to push your order out for you.I can also advise that I have contacted and escalated the matter to ensure the order is shipped as soon as possible for you to which once this has, you will be emailed confirmation and tracking unless of course you wish to cancel the order, to which we can instead request this for you and a refund would be sent to you within 3 - 5 working days to the original method of payment.
I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience on this and the delay with dispatch. We are working as fast as we can to have the order shipped out as soon as possible for you."
I believe they are out of stock and being shipped by 3rd party vendor. thus they have no visibility on their own stock. their warehouse in Singapore, HQ in UK. nothing Australian about them
