  • Nice price,
Anyone know more recent version of this saga with updated graphics etc etc?

    • The Force Unleashed II maybe?

  • I played this on PS3, it had crappy controls. The plot was great however, so pushed myself through it.

    So be warned.

It was also incredibly short. It had only 3 environments. And I think the series has been canned even though the story is not complete.

EDIT: Oops. I was referring to the second game, which was pretty bad. The first game was longer and had more environments. Flawed but still worth playing. Second game was quite awful.

      • Awful as in short and incomplete?
I doubt the core gameplay could be considered awful since it is a refinement of its predecessor which was very good. I think they were after a quick money spinner on #2 and rushed the game out of development because anything with george lucas approval or the SW logo always sells in droves.

          SPOILER ALERT
          .

          .

I didn't think the gameplay itself was that inspired, but yes its worst things are its length and cliff hanger ending. Its main plot point was you finding out whether or not you're a clone… and it never tells you the answer. And we will never know the answer because the series is canceled.

Having only three environments also sucks because one of those is on board the ship, and the final part I think is also interior.

I remember a scene where you go to Dagobah where Luke meets Yoda, and it's just a two minute level where you walk from A to B, with no enemies in it. What's the point of using a whole level just to walk from A to B? May as well do the whole thing in a cutscene. Such a waste of potential.

So Mightyape sells grey imports do they? Good on them I say. If that's how an AU store can offer cheaper games than the competition, then I'd say it's a good thing.
