Activ Prepaid Visa Gift Cards for ATO Debt?

I 'invested' in a few Activ Prepaid Visa Gift cards since Woolies has a bonus point offer and I have a few bills due in the next few weeks. For the most part, I have not had any issues using these cards for general bills. However, the cards are rejected when I try to use them for my ATO tax debt via the MyGov website.

I also have tried paying via SNIIP using the provided BPay details. No good, SNIIP says that this biller doesn't accept this payment type.

Are there any other ways to make payment and bypass this block?

    Buy other cards if possible.

    Reading from the forums - ATO now only accepts iTunes GC
