The 990c has more power to it. I'd stretch for the 990c if you can afford it.

For a room that size, the 930C is more than enough. You'll be happy with it for that pricing. We have the 930B and happy with its performance.

If you are talking which one has better value I'd say Q930c has better value with the price difference of ~33% Q990C is not that far better. Especially with your use case in a small room.

I'd get Q990c if its below $1k mark.
