These are earbuds specifically designed to help with minor hearing loss. They can act as ANC Bluetooth earbuds but they have the extra feature of being able to isolate speech and amplify it in noisy environments. They can also be directional so that they focus on sounds in front of you.
Nuheara is an Australian brand that's been around for several years but is not well-known, probably due to its specialised products. These earbuds are not over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids, but a newer (very similar model) that they've produced for HP is (https://www.hphearingpro.com/) and has FDA approval.
I have minor hearing loss, and I find these perform reasonably well in restaurants so I can now talk to people I wouldn't otherwise be able to.
They also seem to be good for phone conversations (possibly due to the quality of the microphones) and have (IMO) pretty good sound for music.
They have pretty terrible battery life though (5 hours streaming or 8 hours of just sound processing), and are also quite chunky.
If you could benefit from the hearing aid aspect, I think they're worth considering at this price, particularly if you haven't used hearing aids before. They are supposed to be able to help with tinnitus.
Having to pay for shipping seems a bit unreasonable though (free shipping requires $300+).

When I bought mine they were also offering a package with a tinnitus app (I didn't get it). Have you tried any apps in combination with them?
No, i read about it and it sounded like a gimmick.
My tinnitus is moderate, and i've learnt to ignore it 99% of the time.
This article might be an interesting read. It suggests that some people feel an app can help, although it's not conclusive. "Mobile Apps for Management of Tinnitus: Users’ Survey, Quality Assessment, and Content Analysis" - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6364200/
I remember I invested in these guys years ago. Doubled up and got out; just looked at their SP now. Seems like I was lucky I pulled out when I did.
The price of their product is killing it…
Shame because the audio is excellent…
I got it at this price during last year's sale. Would not pay more than this…
They're expensive earbuds, but cheap OTC Hearing aids. Jabra's enhance plus is US$799 and Sony's CRE-E10 is $1299. Even the HP version of this is US$500. Custom hearing aids are a lot more than again.

They're good for isolating sounds in a noisy environment, which normal earbuds won't do…
@jv: Other than Apple airpods (2nd gen) apparently - https://www.soundguys.com/how-to-set-up-your-apple-airpods-p…
Still not strong enough to replace hearing aids . These are weaker than the Olive max I'm currently using
In reality, it is less than that… Closer to 3 hours.
They don't. That's why I got them.
The ANC is excellent though.
