I bought a 500gsm king wool quilt on August 22nd from Quilts Direct and received an underweight cotton quilt about a week later (no complaints about timely delivery!!). Over a month of sending multiple queries and yet to get a response of any sort besides one auto mesage acknowledging my complaint was received. It is very disappointing. Any advice on how to get this resolved?
At 500gsm and about 2mx2m, a king quilt would weight just over 2 kgs. The cotton one I have is just over a kilo which leads me to guess it is probably closer to 300gsm.
