I bought a 500gsm king wool quilt on August 22nd from Quilts Direct and received an underweight cotton quilt about a week later (no complaints about timely delivery!!). Over a month of sending multiple queries and yet to get a response of any sort besides one auto mesage acknowledging my complaint was received. It is very disappointing. Any advice on how to get this resolved?

if it is 500gsm, you should be able to weigh it and compare it with what the nominal weight should be for its given size?
