Hi everyone! We have some baby Mysteries in stock! These are a great budget option if you'd like a mystery snail in your tank, about 1cm in size.
We also have larger sizes and small size available but they are a bit more expensive.

These are more sensetive to temperature, so aren't the best for an out-door tank, but don't need a heater if your indoor place is heated over winter (or doesn't get too cold).

Mysteries can grow to over 5cm in size, but usually slow down their growth significantly at about 2cm in diameter.

      I guess the first person who put them into their tank had no idea what they were and the name stuck.

    Will they also eat fish sewage? Would like to buy some to keep my fish tank clean off gunk the filter and water replacement doesn't get rid of.

      I guarantee they have 10x the survival rate in a letter than the average fish tank. Not that thats a good thing but letters are pretty safe and harmless.

    You might want to update your FAQ as Mystery Snails are not hermaphrodites like pest snails so will not over populate your tank if you only have one. I've always had Mystery Snails and am a firm believer they will contribute more waste (they poop a lot!) than help you clean. They will also try to escape if there's not enough food/things to eat in your tank (so a lid is recommended). They're also way more sensitive to water parameters than pest snails. Basically, they're more of a pet than a clean up crew member.

      Yes totally true, tbh i actually copied that from rams horns and forgot to edit it so all you take this into account.
