It's also a little confusing but you can only buy from certain retailers during certain periods.

From the T&C's "Entries into the promotion open at 12:00am AEDST and closes at 11:59pm AEDST for each Participating Store (defined below) on the following dates:
Cellarbrations - Opens 06/11/23 and closes on 19/11/23
IGA Liquor - Opens 08/11/23 and closes on 21/11/23
The Bottle-O - Opens 30/10/23 and closes on 12/11/23
(“Promotional Period”)."

TLDR: Buy a 10 pack of -196 at the stores mentioned above during those dates and upload a receipt.
