Note: Usual SS pricing tactics though. Phone prices are noticeably increased due to the $1 shipping, or usually under priced due to inflated shipping charges - take your pick. Anyway, it's the delivered price that we all look for.

I will recommend not to buy from this seller, customer service is less than poor. No contact number just online system to log ticket and sometimes they take couple of days to response and u cant do anything. I purchased some stuff last month and still waiting for those to be delivered. I will rate their customer service in minus.

People all have different experiences… do some looking around. Places like wp, fb and product review are places to start.
I'm with you, will never order from them again. You have to keep logging in to their website to check the order status. The system says item dispatched but no emails nor tracking number. their price for SS S3 (white 16gb) was advertised for $538.95 with $1 shipping 3 Weeks ago, now it is $552.90 with $1 shipping. More like"shiftingprice" to me.
I havent tried kogan yet but i found uniquemobile better, their shipping was quick and trackable. plus they have contact number in case you need to talk to someone, shoppingsquare people dont even have a contact number.
My order showing tracking number which is not trackable, AusPost said that is not valid tracking number but they are saying its Auspost number so they should know. So i have no where to go.
How did u pay? by cc, if so just go to your bank that issued the card and get them to stop payment.
If paypal.. then lodge a complaint.
There are good and bad online businesses… it is worth taking some time to check out their reputation on wp, product review or facebook or other places before you fall into the traps that some use.
Baragains are to be had shopping online but in most cases you have zero consumer rights and they know it.

So… I have a Auspost eParcel number that is non-trackable which is in their system and comes up as 'dispatched' but they are telling me it was cancelled and is coming through Fast Track Express.

I am building up a sizable case against this mob (this is one of many in their dodgy practicies) and rest assure they are going to be getting one hell of a surprise once I show all of this to my lawyers.
Almost similar thing happened to me, they said its AUS Post number but AUS Post refused. I have lodged complaint with Fair Trade NSW with all of their responses and replied from AUS Post as well.
SS told me that products are shipped and will receive within 5-8 working days, if not they ll arrange refund.
I dnt believe any of their reponse now but let see….
I bought it from kogan few weeks back. Shipping was fairly quick. I received in around 7 days. They send you emails with updates. I would buy from them again. Haven't had to claim warranty so not sure about that side.
I've used shopping square for small ad card purchases with no drama via ebay.Once it didn't arrive. They just sent a new one but based on people's comment here, I am reluctant to buy mobile phone from them.
I notice the S3 has jumped in price as well from the normal $499.

Purchased Asus EEE Slate on the 13th of September and all I have so far is a "Confirmed Payment" status.
No reply to etickets nor any response via Paypal Dispute.
Furthermore, they change their "estimated shipping dates" automatically (I have proof of this) if there are delays with the shippment.
