Placed an order online for local pick up for the kreg stuff from Sydney Tools recently. one day later, I was told on phone that it was out of stock. well… I asked for order cancellation and refund, but was told that I had to goto the store….wth…. So the other day, I drove to the store but was only to be told that this is an online order (though I chose to pick up in store) so I have to cancel it online…. this bloke was very confident…
long story short, when i contacted the them again via the live chat, i was asked to go back to the store…
I have wasted enough time on such a simple cancellation. I have never done credit card chargeback. This is gonna be the first time!
