Hi there. Today I found there are some dust from brick wall (the line next to concrete floor). And I found mortar between the bricks gets less. I believe the dust is fall from the mortar.
Do I need to worry about it?
How to fix it?

not feel wet. That only half meter long has the problem. The other part is fine.
You can buy a probe moisture meter or even find a place to rent a thermal camera to assist with diagnosing this yourself. Feel with hands alone is unlikely to be accurate enough.

Does it feel damp? If you have rising damp you might need to get someone to look at it.
