Went to buy a new Shark Race -R motorcycle helmet at Team Moto after I saw their eBay store had them advertised for $450 plus postage. Was happy with that considering the retail was $650. I got to the Team Moto Virginia QLD store and found they were on sale for $399 including either a gold or blue iridium visor.

They didn't have the graphics I wanted so I rang another Team Moto store who got it in for the same price with a dark tinted visor which I asked for. It wasn't advertised in their store but they are all the same business, not a franchise and honoured the deal.

The helmet is the 2nd from the top of the line and has a 5 star safety rating on the UK testing website http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/

      Sorry, forgot to add that. I just guesssed a date. The salesperson told me they bought a heap in bulk and they came with each iridium visor option. It is advertised in store at Virginia, but the other Team Moto store at Enoggera honoured the deal even though it wasn't advertised in their store. Like I said, it's all the one company. Sales person even ordered in the graphics style I wanted which Virginia wouldn't do.

      I have been a long long time Shoei user and am very happy with my new Shark. Very light and the vents work really well.

      Also has the option of fitting the 'Shark tooth' blue tooth kit.

    I love my RSF - I am on about my 5th.
    Definitely used to be the pick of them.
    Need a new shark helmet.
    Does anyone know what replaced the RSF1,2,3???

      Depends on who you go see. I picked one up for the price at my local team moto, had to twist their arm alittle. What pushed it over the line was showing this deal on the phone - they called Virginia and put it through for me to pick up (got the visor too, but that special finishes today). Act quick!
