    Not bad considering their Business Plus Reseller for 1 yr will only cost $138.39, providing me with 100GB/unlimited in Aus to resell @ $2.95/mth for 1GB/Unlimited, if I sell all 100 i will get $295/mth and $3540 in 1 year, should I buy and try ? lolz :P

      $3/mth is pre-paid for 36 months, you pay $8~/mth for month to month, your website will be in Dallas as apposed to Sydney and as for service & support it will be run by Ventral IP not me individually, account creation is also automated via WHMCS, I will just eat your money… lol

      You've posted this same comment in the same 3 or 4 threads regarding web hosting. Why do you love Hostgator so much?? You can't compare with local australia web hosting.
      I've been with US hosting before and ditched them because they were too slow.

    Well guys — why those people put Australia hosting location as a selling point? Don't get me wrong. I'm not against any Aussie web hosting company, only trying to point the truth behind web hosting technology.

    There is make no difference wherever the hosting company location, nowadays almost all good hosting company have utilised the Cloud technology and CDN distributed system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_delivery_network)

    Therefore, the key question I would ask - Has that web hosting company implemented some of latest technology yet?

      HostGator has horrible speeds, its all HYPE, clearly you are just promoting them or have no clue what your talking about, if you really care about the "truth", you would tell us they are expensive, they have rubbish support and you can find many hosts in the US who have much better prices, customer support and value.

        I've been hosting about 6 websites on a hostgator baby plan for about 4 years and never had a problem with speed and I've never had to use their support. If you are having problems with the speed of a site, it may just be the site that is the problem, not the hosting.
        Though I am thinking about getting Aussie hosting as it has now reduced so much in price that it is nearly on par with US hosting.

      because cdn cannot mirror dynamic content.

      and, more importantly, if your data goes off-shore then it becomes subject to the laws of the country the data resides in.
