Bought it for $54, sold it in eBay for $59. What is it with people over paying on eBay? I often sell games for more than I but them. It's it because people see eBay a place for bargains?

I think because eBay, (i) has a broader customer base and some buyers have less idea of an item's resale value, (ii) the marketplace can create a buyers urgency with a sense of purchasing competition, and (iii) transactional fees tend to be at least partially pushed on to buyer from seller.
