I bought an Oral B Triumph 5000 electrical toothbrush and filled in the cash back form to receive a preloaded VISA card with a value of $50,-
It's been 6 weeks and I haven't heard or seen anything yet. Has anyone else participated in the cash back deal and received the VISA card?
If so, how long after sending the form, did you receive the card?

I received mine in 7 weeks, probably good idea to call and ask about status
( phone should be on the form ).
I got mine - posted 30/7 - received last week
My $25 cash back has not arrived & I'm getting annoyed about it.
Same been waiting 7 weeks. I actually found the thread via Google after much frustration. The $50 Visa would be really handy right now for groceries.

As I reported 29/9/12, and it is still true, I am STILL waiting for my "Father's Day" cashback. Oral B have discredited themselves over this.

As at today I am still being told it will be two weeks which is what is said for the last 3 calls over 3 months. Be informed the contact number is a "promotion company" not Braun. I was told that in the USA the promo companys get paid more if the redemptions are less so perhaps it is better when people give up calling.

mine took a really long time, you can call them to ask i think. you'll get it eventually.
