  • charly is the same one who told me my cider had been delivered, but it never was.

  • just do a charge-back on your card.
    If they fight it then there is record of your purchase, so you have further backing in your favor.

  • They allegedly shipped the cider twice and it never arrived. They never claimed it arrived, just that there were problems delivering to WA. They were supposed to issue a refund and I still don't see it.

  • After placing a report with Fair Trading i get this reply back from charly at ourdeal.com.au:

    Thank you for your patience as I have followed up on your order.

    I have been in touch with Wine Growers Direct and they have advised me you have not Redeemed your Voucher within the validity period.

    This Deal required members to redeem via the Website, as explained on the advertisement and also on your Voucher:

    To redeem, visit: www.winegrowersdirect.com.au/Redemption & enter your OurDeal voucher ID and details. Valid from: 25th June 2012. Valid until: 25th August 2012

    Wine Growers therefore could not process your order, and your Voucher is now nonredeemable, having expired on the 25th of August.

    They have washed their hands free of any responsibility and left the onus on me to follow up on my refund.

    I have been requesting this order since August 07 2012 and this is the reply i get! Just a bunch of monkeys working their departments!

  • I bought a champagne deal and filled out the form twice on Firefox, and both times they did not get it. When I informed them of this, they rang me within a day, took the details over the phone and they rang to to say it was shipped a few days later. Pretty good customer service.

    do you use Firefox or chrome or anything? could be a dodgy code issue on their website

  • I ended up having both the cider and the sparkling deals refunded due to non shipment.

  • I received the champagne under this deal, having completed the form within the specified dates. The delivery took longer than stated though.
