Never buy from ShoppingSquare again

In their website they promised to ship in 3 days but my order has been placed for 10 days and it still shows as "processing". It's an item for some urgent networking use(a simple wireless network card costing me 22+10 delivery) and this is very disappointing for such a long delay! If I knew about this I would have bought from ebay and save.

I have created a support ticket and the answer is :"Sorry we are moving our warehouse…" If that's the case they should remind the customers before the ordering!

Will never buy from them again.

    shoulda bought from a B&M and ate the cost difference if anyone once del. is factored in

    I had problems with them too, one month to get an item to me. It would appear to me that they use a bulk ordering method once x amount of customers order they order the items in one consignment, then ship the items out.

      My phone came directly from their Hong Kong warehouse and took forever!

    Yep. Bought an SSD which also arrived from hong kong. Took much longer than expected.

    Same SSD took 1 day to ship out from shopping express, and was cheaper.

    update: now they said it's despatched but still need 6 working days to deliver! Hell knows where they are sending it from. Also their tracking number shows "invalid" in the website
