that's correct, as the subject, its unstrung frame only. Most of the highend racquets are frames only. customer can customize with their prefered string type and tension base on their play styles and hitting strength.

Great racquet for anyone with elbow issues
I have found the Prince O port racquets to be great for Tennis Elbow as well.
Currently have the Ripstick 300 and no pain at all.
Had a 6.1 95 and that killed the elbow.. got rid of that quick smart.
Yeah the O ports are great, although the 'black' version wasn't the best. They're also a pain to restring.
I don't do it myself. My stringer does really good rates and does a top job.
