I bought my Galaxy Nexus last friday for 391 USD + 10 AUD (accidently used my USD balance when exchange rate was .91) from Kogan and just found out it's dropped to $329 AUD shipped with free delivery.

My phone has yet to have dispatched, rekon I can get a full refund? Hurts to know I bought the phone for almost 80 bucks extra.

Stupid USD to AUD rate.

  Full refund, or refund of the difference?

  I was in the same situation when I bought my nexus from kogan months ago (price drop a few days after purchase but before dispatch, from 460 to 430 or something like that). I rang them and asked nicely, and they were happy to refund the difference.

    Well I just called them twice. First person told me I could get a credit for the different for my next purchase. When I called again, the other guy told me to email them, which I did.
