I have to return two phones to Samsung/Asurion following trade-up deals, but I can't see anywhere if I need to include the charging bricks and USB cable. The phones are a Samsung Note 10+ and a Samsung Galaxy S10+ which originally came with a charger brick and a USB cable in the box. The new phones are s23 and Ultra and they didn't have charger bricks in the box, only USB cables.
I've gone through the FAQ on the tradeup website but nothing about this. I've also lodged an enquiry with them but have yet to get an answer.
Is there a risk of getting charged for the phones if they're missing the charging bricks and cables?
I did not have to when I traded a couple of months ago. Just sent the phone by itself and nothing else - no box, no cables, and no charger - and it was accepted no problems.
