techdhl.com dodgy?

I have just come across this site which looks a bit dodgy to me. Basically I'm going by the rule that it's too good to be true.

After looking around on Google there is not much info on bad expierences etc but the website is very new.

What is everyones thoughts on this site?

Here's a bit of quick investigation work. If you do a WHOIS on the domain:

Domain was created on 1 September 2012, making it less than a month old.

"27 Chapel Street, Dunfermline" -> UK residential address, although @163.com is a common Chinese email domain.

"[email protected]" also previously registered "worldesale.com" (via Google), which is a similar sale site registered in June this year. ScamBook entry, also MyWOT entry for that domain. 2 comments on MyWOT, which the Russian comment says "Scam, a fake website…" (via Google Translate). WorldeSale.com is already offline.

Looks like the same scammer is back with a new domain. AVOID
