I tried it on https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/aliexpress.com, but the link only redirects me to a webpage where I can't proceed:

Or I must use a mobile app?

Update: I tried the referral link on my phone but the Aliexpress app got stuck..

You need to download and install the app.

When I click on it, it opens up the app, but I get this message
