Hi Guys, need your help and suggestions.
I used the Ultimate Gift Card bought online at Good Guys over weekend, they had to refund one of the gift card due to technical issues.
I have not received the refund back on my gift card. Good Guys is saying it is completely processed by their bank. Unfortunately there is no proper way to contact to Ultimate Gift Cards. I tried calling them on 1800 862 126 but it is just a automated voice to check balance. I also filled the contact us form, but no response since two days.
Can you please advise how I can contact Ultimate gift cards and talk to a person and how may days does it takes to get the amount refunded back to the gift card?
