My chemist warehouse tracking with ShopBack were never at the correct rate. Yesterday CeraVe was supposed to have a 20% CB rate. My purchase was tracked at 1%. Hopefully Cashrewards can do better! I have faith in Cashrewards.

Sry to hear that, while mine has been impeccable, never missed, especially from CR. Always excl GST, and order via iOS CR app.

      • I agree that CR tracking is typically more reliable by miles.

I have been shopping at SB too, especially during Westpac upsize, thankfully has been no problem so far. What do you shop with? Desktop browser?

I had the same problem with CeraVe on Sunday. I wrote to SB and they corrected after just 1 day.

I wrote to them and they told me to wait for two weeks before they could do anything…

        • Thats not right, Sri did it for me in less than 24 hours.

@attalisie: Apparently, Harry is not as helpful then :(

            • @nosrad: I wouldn't worry too much, they will correct the rates. Takes ages for chemist warehouse to approved anyway.

    • I did the same thing, ordered CeraVe and was tracked as 1%.
Not sure if it will update later on, or we just got screwed.

FYI, just enquired re the upsized cashback via the virtual chat (Sparky) and it said that the extra cashback would be tracked in 2 weeks from purchase date. See image link below.

  • no doubt it will be more expensive than buying them when they are on special

    • Yeah I rely on Telfast and kinda highlighted this is as cheap as u can get for that product since they rarely/never go on sale.

  • Cenovis vitamin D. Normally $14 or so, now $20 with 30% cashback. No net gain.
