I need to buy a bunch of EVO 870 4TB drives to replace a RAID array, they haven't seem to have a had a good deal for a while, anything cheaper out there than $352 on Amazon?

OP title seems to be a typo
Samsung seems to be holding their prices high for the 2TB ones as well. Admittedly most of the cheaper drives either have no DRAM cache or they are one of the "new" brands.
Depends… if you need to replace them immediately…
Lowest official price is if you have a mate in school they can get the 4TB 870 EVO for ~330 via Samsung Education Store.
Amazon deal is pretty good - if you buy two the extra 7% off should make it lower than what Samsung at $325 each can do but certainly not the best deal.
Otherwise, it seems like you just missed the Amazon Prime Day sales. They went as low as $297 for US import and $310 for UK import. Just keep in mind Samsung doesn't want anything to do with warranties on imported drives, from what I read it'll all have to be handled by Amazon. I can't comment on whether that's necessarily a bad thing… no experience with drive returns with Amazon… yet!
If you are not in a rush, try holding out for Black Friday with Amazon Prime sales at the end of November but no guarantees it'll get better.
evo 970 has been discontinued, the highest capacity is 2tb
