When I went to pay with shopback pay after scanning the QR code, entering the amount and applying the voucher, there was an error message when I tried to swipe to pay. I tried with a card and with cashback (for the full amount) and both methods failed. I unfortunately ended up paying full price. Anyone else had this issue? I tried at Gotcha Melbourne Central.

Thanks very much OP, used this today at Eastland. Just had to scan the Shopback QR code (displayed on the shop counter), input $7.50 (or whatever is the cost of the most expensive drink of the two flavours that you pick), activate the promo on the next screen, and then pay via Shopback. Note that Shopback charges a 1.5% payment fee but this is offset by the 10% cashback. Used cashback balance so paid $3.95 for two bubble teas, woohoo!
