How to Rent a Condominium in Chiang Mi for a Good Price

I am interested to rent a condominium or apartment in Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai in Thailand for 2 months from mid February to mid April.

Where is the best place to find resources and go about this? What are the best online forums available? Is it better to do it online before I arrive or go and look in person?

I remember in 2016 I heard it was possible to do so for $100 Australian dollars a week in Thailand. So I would be hoping now is it still possible to rent something for $200 Australian dollars per week?

    Most of them will want 6 months, however a friend managed to get 1 in Pattaya for 3 months before covid, but I think his bar girl wife would have done the deal. If he was on his own, I doubt they would have given it to him not being able to speak the language.

    I'd imagine 15K a month would get you something really nice up there
