Edit: A bit of thought on this saw. This is what I believe the industry call a "left" (side) saw.
* The blade is on your left (your right hand is holding the trigger). Your left hand is crossing to the blade side. Possibly more dangerous
* But you can see the cut line or holding the guides without leaning over.
* Without dust nozzle, you will be sprayed with dust
What would this be like for trimming down a few doors to make them fit where carpet etc has lifted the floor height?
Or would I be better just renting something for the weekend from Bunnings for a one off job?
