NAS Hard Drives - Any Deals around?

Hi,

I recently bought a new NAS unit and looking at getting some suitable hard drives. 3 or 4 drives depending on size (4,6 or 8TB).
Preferably WD red Plus or Seagate Ironwolf, but I'll take the enterprise grade ones if I find some for a good price.

Been looking around for a couple of weeks with no luck yet.

    there is post about someone doing the group buy of HDD direct from china, just search here, i cant remember.

          I see myself getting the Exos 8TB if i dont find anything else soon. $210 isnt too bad.

    I had a failing drive yesterday so needed something now as well, ended up buying 2 x WD Red 4TB from Amazon. If you add 2 to you cart, price for both will be $257 or so delivered. Not the best price ever, but well cheaper than anything I could find locally

      Would love to try SSDs in a NAS, but $/TB is still far off hard drives .
