Cant, bought this at the start of the year and thought it was either a firmware issue or part of the jank. Should have, but not too much of an issue.

Update: contacted amazon rep, returning the earphone for original purchase price ($99) and getting this deal, good savings too :)

Its still pretty good and probably the best for its price point, I use it every day on the train, only get occasional sync issues.

Bought these during an earlier sale, good ANC, but this is the first ANC earphones i've used so cant make any comparisons.
Only issue I have with the earphones is that the audio will occasionally go out of sync, even with the latest firmware, audio momentarily drops out before starting again, but one ear will be 1-2 sec behind, I just pause whatever im playing for 3-5 secs and it'll sync up again.
