Cheap (real) qwerty keyboard mobile phone for travelling

Hi All,
I am going OS in November & I want to buy a cheap phone with a real qwerty keyboard for lots of texting!
I don't want one on a plan as i already have a phone and the new one I buy is just for traveling.

Can someone please advise me on what I should buy and price?

Out of all these options, the HTC ChaCha will probably work out the cheapest because the shipping is only $5 as opposed to $13.80 minimum from UniqueMobiles.

so it was only $65!
