Reolink: Does Your Doorbell Status LED Light Always Stay on?

Hi guys, Got Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi, does the doorbell status light always remains on/glowing when bell is connected?

I checked the settings and it was default which is “ Auto and Always Stay On At Night”.

So I changed it to “Stay Off” but the status LED is still on for the doorbell. Same outcome for “Auto”.

Explained this issue to the Reolink support today morning and they asked me to do “restore” settings which they expected to resolve the issue and issue is still present. Then they said to change light settings to “Stay Off” and wait till night to see if the if bell status led gets turn off but this didn’t help either.
.
Does anyone has same problem or know how to turn it off?

I also wonder if the change in settings only gets In effect if I am in same wifi network as doorbell? Because currently I am far away from my doorbell i.e diff network.

        That will be your best bet to get this resolved.

        I've found their support very good in the past.
