We come on the sloop JV
          My grandfather and me

So hoist up the JV's sail
          See how the mainsail sets
Call for the captain ashore, let me go home
          Let me go home

I've been with TPG 250/25 for about that price for 3 years.. why is this good?

    • That plan is $125 at TPG

  • +2

Leaptel 100/20 is 75 with no contracts for 12 months.. includes local call centres and excellent support ..I have a static IP that costs 10 dollars a month extra

  • Any existing customers care to comment on the quality of service with these guys ? Leaptel have been great but their upstream costs are a fair bit more..of course these guys offer the pricing only for 6 months but churning is easy enough if you know it is a reliable ISP

  • AAPT Limited upstream is TPG, TPG is not a bad upstream provider.

100/20 for 12 months @ $65/mth - I switched from Tangerine to these guys and I'm getting 110mbps offpeak and around 96mbps peak times. Very happy but they do use GCNAT which maybe an issue for some.

    • What is a GCNAT?

      • Correction: CGNAT

An extra layer in the network at ISP level. Can cause issues if you want to self host services and access it from outside of the home

        • I thought it was had something to do with limited ipv4 addresses more than anything else.

I switched from Tangerine to Southernphone too. I feel like Southernphone's evening speed is not that stable, yes most times I get 108ish but sometimes (happened at least 3 times in the past month) I got only 20 which is quite anoying. I live in North Shore of Sydney.

    • How was your Tangerine experience? Lols like the best price (for 6mo) for 100/20 at $62.9/mo

      • I m on the same plan since 2 months, no issues so far. Usage is video streaming on 2 TVs and mobiles. No gaming.

      • I was with Tangerine for about 6 months during 2022.

Possibly only a new customer with Tangerine once. Referrals and discounts great, billing and portal terrible. Customer service okay.

You can get credit on your account for leaving reviews. It can be very cheap. I had a free month during to credits and some months an extra $20 off.

  • I have been with Flip TV on there seniors 25/4 $52.90 per month plan for over 2 years and had little problems with their service and I am in a regional area.
The plan starts at $44.00 for the first 6 months.

Pay $90 a month for telstra 250/25 think I'll stay with that

    • How?

      • Good at negotiating i guess

My $64 100/20 Tangerine deal is just about to run out.

I gather the prices above are what we can expect as 'deals' going forward.

  • Anyone know how long it takes to switch for fttp?

    • couple of hours usually

      • Thanks
