No mention of warranty?
https://us.heys.com/products/neo-3pc-set
5 years.
However, you don’t need a warranty with Costco. You have an issue you take them back and get your money refunded.
Didn't their Product terms change a few years ago? If you have an issue after a few months of purchasing, they direct you to deal with the warranty point directly

There are exceptions like electrical goods etc.
They might try to say that, but that's not what the Australian Consumer Law says:
https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/problem-with-a-product-or-…
Businesses are responsible for resolving problems with products they sell to consumers.
Businesses must not tell consumers to go to the manufacturer for a remedy.
Shame about the colours too…
Well, you will spot them on the carousel. You might be too embarrassed to claim them.
I really don't get it.
Why the shame or be embarrassed?
Is it just me being too insensitive or do people's confidence and security impacted just because they carry luggage with some colours?
Response to shame about the colours.
Also it was a bit of a joke. I live in Fitzroy so the neighbours come around with pitchforks if you get anything but black :)
I keep losing my black bag when I put it down on my black couch.
Barbie and Ken colours
Good deal but Exterior dimensions including wheels and handles: L 51 x W 30 x H 76 cm , not the largest size in market
and 4.6KG is a bit heavy
From my understanding the larger ones are too big for standard check in with some airlines.
Standard is generally 62"
So these should be fine.
The Samsonite and Antler ones I was looking at on the weekend were all about this weight, I think one was over 5kg.
I decided to stick with my duffle.
Just a word of warning, from bitter experience, polycarbonate gets harder and more brittle when cold, which happens in cargo hold during flight. This makes them prone to cracking. Best material is polypropylene as it soaks up dents without cracking.
I was thinking to get this from Moorabbin DFO , just found out it's made with polypropylene material, added another reson to go ahead

“Light max” at 4kg lol
Most of them are >4.5KGs with this size
thanks! was looking for bags after returning from a trip with a busted one and was thinking about this. will look for PP bargains now.
Surely covered by warranty?
Had an American Tourister crack and they tried to reject claim as it was 'mishandled' on a flight
So I hit them with the 'It's not fit for purpose so? As in travelling on planes?'
Eventually got a replacement but disappointed in Samsonite (American Tourister)
Aqua OOS
