Didn’t the monthly $5 off codes use to have minimum spend of $15 or $20? Received this months one yesterday and minimum is $50 spend!

It switches between $50 and $15 for me, doesn't seem to follow any kind of logic (But it is eBay we're talking about, probably changes depending which work experience kid is loading the codes for the month).
You don't get two? I get two, one for $15 min spend (eBay Plus only items) and another for $50

I just checked again now and I seem to have both the September $50 and the October $15 one!
I actually found an eBay page once that explicitly stated that members get both the $5off$15 and $5off$50 vouchers each month; it should always be both. It's rarely actually both, but that's eBay for you.

This is the only spot my codes appear, never get email or anything in "My Messages". I set a calendar reminder to check the "My eBay" page around the 10th of every month.
Mine two have always been minimum of $15 on one and $50 on the other
