So my old Jabra earphones are basically dead now and need replacing. I didn't even know there was a new Jabra elite out this year until a few days ago. I wouldn't mind getting them but they are $379 which is a lot. Should I just wait until they come down? Will they come down? What would be the best cheaper alternative?

I checked it myself. You'll need to have a JBHIFI Commerical account (there should be some posts on how to get one, I made an Australian Retirement Trust account so that's how I accessed it).
There’s also a Jabra employee store that some companies have access to. I know Telstra employees get access to it

Well, It's a long story. I actually had a iPhone at the time and was desperate to get rid of it. I knew I wanted wireless earbuds but I had no idea what one to get all I really knew was that I didn't want the Apple brand earbuds. basically researched a bunch of different types and for what I wanted at the time I ended up with the Jabra 65t I could have got a better model but this was all I wanted at the time.
If I listed features in order of importance now I would say Sound quality is my biggest importance, This followed by functionality.
Not much cheaper but I bought for $320. Going to return them so PM me know if you want it instead for the same price.
